I understand that participation in Discoveries in the Desert LLC programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, outdoor environments, equipment use, and participation at third-party venues such as recreation facilities, museums, aquariums, zoos, activity centers, and other similar locations.

I understand and acknowledge that programs take place at independently owned and operated third-party venues. These facilities, including their equipment, activities, staff, and operations, are not owned, managed, or controlled by Discoveries in the Desert LLC.

Additional Terms and Policies

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Discoveries in the Desert LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to participation in the program or any breach of this agreement.
